On Wednesday 17th June, Nicky Baker from Tamworth was crowned the Official SPAM® Cook of the Year. Nicky’s delicious Gruyere, SPAM® and Potato Gratin wowed the judging panel at the final held at the Commonwealth Club, London. Nicky and her fiancé, can now look forward to enjoying a holiday of a lifetime to Hawaii next year, where as part of the sensational first prize they will visit the famous 2010 SPAM® Jam festival in Waikiki.
