Deep SPAM™ Pizza
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 x 340g Can SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham quartered and sliced
- 2 x 25cm (10in) Ready made deep pan pizza base
- 150ml/1/4 pt Jar tomato and herb pasta sauce
- 100g/4oz Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Green pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 150g/5oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 10-12 Black olives, (optional)
- Pinch of dried mixed herbs
- Salt and ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7. Place each pizza base on a baking sheet. Spoon over the tomato sauce and spread to the edges of each base with a spoon.
- Scatter over the SPAM®, Cheddar, green pepper, mushrooms, olives, herbs and plenty of black pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
