Hawaiian SPAM® Kebab with Honey <br />Glaze - Ashley Davison

Ingredients

  • 340g can SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • Squeezable Honey (alternatively maple syrup)
  • 6 skewers

Method

  1. Cut SPAM® into cubes (approx. 2cm)
  2. Open and drain can of pineapple
  3. Thread SPAM® and pineapple on to skewer alternating, makes about 6
  4. Drizzle honey over kebabs
  5. Grill or Bar-B-Q until cooked
  6. Drizzle more honey over as you turn the kebabs
  7. Serve with salad
