SPAM® and Vegetable Parcel -

Ingredients
- 1 200g SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham, cubed
- 375g Puff Pastry
- 3 or 4 red peppers - diced
- 3 or 4 green pepper - diced
- 3 stick celery - diced
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg - beaten
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Roll out the pastry to a rectangle
- Combine all of the ingredients and place on the pastry
- Wrap over to form a parcel
- Make some slashes in the top
- Brush with beaten egg
- Bake at 200C for approx 25/30 minutes
- Serve warm or cold
