Ingredients

  • 1 200g SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham, cubed
  • 375g Puff Pastry
  • 3 or 4 red peppers - diced
  • 3 or 4 green pepper - diced
  • 3 stick celery - diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg - beaten
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Roll out the pastry to a rectangle
  2. Combine all of the ingredients and place on the pastry
  3. Wrap over to form a parcel
  4. Make some slashes in the top
  5. Brush with beaten egg
  6. Bake at 200C for approx 25/30 minutes
  7. Serve warm or cold
