SPAM® & Leek Bulgar Wheat with
Honeyed Goats' Cheese

Ingredients
- 170g SPAM with Bacon (save the rest for breakfast tomorrow!)
- 1 tbs sunflower oil
- 1 leek, sliced
- 100g mushrooms,
- roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 100g white chevre goats' cheese, rind on, cut into 2 rounds
- 2 tsp runny honey
- 100g bulgar wheat
- 1 veg stock cube, dissolved in 300ml of hot water
Method
- Cut 4/5 slices of bacon to fit the dimensions of the shaft top and place on top of the Ketchup.
- Cover the cut surface of your lid with the excess egg white and place onto the box, ensuring a tight fit
- Place on a foiled baking tray and bake for 1 hour.
