SPAM® Sausage Rolls
Serves 4
Ingredients
- Ready made puff pastry
- 1 small tin of SPAM®
Method
- Pre heat the oven to approximately 220 degrees
- Cut the SPAM lengthways into four pieces
- Roll onto a sheet of puff pastry and cut to size so there is only one layer of pastry on all sides.
- Seal the ends of the SPAM roll so no SPAM is uncovered
- Place onto a baking tray and season with black pepper
- Leave in the oven until golden brown (approx 15 minutes)
- Serve hot or cold as a snack or as part of a meal with brown sauce
