SPAM®Box

Ingredients
- 340g Spam
- 1 x small egg
- 1 x tbsp Heinz Beans
- 1 x tsp Heinz Ketchup
- 1 x rasher of bacon
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 160c/320f.
- Slice off the top of your Spam with a very sharp knife (children, please ask an adult). A 6mm depth is about right.
- Carve yourself 2 nifty little shafts of Spam, taking care not to breach the outer, or dividing wall.
- Break the egg and deposit into your preferred cavity. Don't worry if your egg white spills over, this will be used to glue your lid down.
- Drop your beans into the second shaft, top with the Ketchup.
- Cut 4/5 slices of bacon to fit the dimensions of the shaft top and place on top of the Ketchup.
- Cover the cut surface of your lid with the excess egg white and place onto the box, ensuring a tight fit
- Place on a foiled baking tray and bake for 1 hour.
