Vineyard SPAM® Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (340g) can SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham cubed
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 1 cup peapods, cut in half
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
Method
- In a frying pan, sauté SPAM® over high heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly; set aside.
- In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and dry mustard.
- In large bowl, combine grapes, SPAM®, peapods, and onion. Toss with mayonnaise mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
