Ingredients

  • 60g mayonnaise
  • 60g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 × 340g can SPAM® Gochujang diced
  • 180ml Korean BBQ bulgogi sauce
  • 720g hot cooked rice
  • Suggested toppings: butterhead lettuce, sliced cucumbers, thin chopped (julienned) carrots, kimchi, sesame seeds and gochujang sauce

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and gochujang. Reserve.
  2. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook diced SPAM® Gochujang 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and crisped. Stir in bulgogi sauce. Cook 1 minute or until heated through. Remove from heat.
  3. Serve rice and SPAM® Gochujang mixture in individual serving bowls with suggested toppings. Drizzle each with reserved mayonnaise mixture.
