Beat eggs and add buttermilk. In a separate bowl, mix together dry waffle batter ingredients. Pour in wet egg and buttermilk mixture. Gently mix together until lumpy then fold in melted butter.

Heat a cast iron Belgian waffle maker to 350° and pour 6oz of waffle batter, once hot.
Sprinkle 2 ounces of cheese and 2 ounces shredded SPAM® Chopped Pork & Ham over the cheese.
