  • 1 200g SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham, cut into small chunks
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 stalks green onion, finely minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce (or soy sauce)
  • Half a teaspoon ground pepper
